Please suggest a decent gfx laptop + basic 3g mobile combo for 36k

Hi all.
My friend wants to buy a laptop (<= 14") for multimedia and catia. I think new launches with amd fusion apu are the best for him .
He also wants a mobile, primarily to act as a 3g modem for laptop.
The budget for the combo is rs 36k.
What do you suggest?
We're going to buy all this stuff (+ an o1 for me) from chandigarh within a week, so dont include upcoming models.

Hey i was playing around in dell india and found inspiron 14r could be customized with ati m.r. Hd 5650! And the laptop costs just under 32k!
Isn't this the best one could get in 32k?

Are you sure it is for 32k? 14R with HD5650 costs around 38k (including tax) if I am right.

You can check yourself by customizing a 14r at dell india site.
The other specs were:
pentium p6200
3gb ram
320 gb hdd
price: rs 31,825.

Thats why its such a bargain deal.

This proccy is NOT reccomended in new lappys. Atleast an last gen i3/i5 is required. New Sandy Bridge i3/i5 reccomended.

But why not? I read its identical to i3 1st gen, except hyperthreading (which it lacks).
Wont this be enough most stuff ??
