Please help Gaming rig for 80k to 1 lakh

i really am at a lost on assembling a gaming pc ..the only part of hardware i think i have a slight idea and want is the GPU..( like The GTX 980) it cost around 45k tho ..i can go and ask in the shops but i don't think the people around here are really that tech savvy and i'm sure they don't really care whats best for me cuz all they care is about business....anyway i've come here in hoping somebody can recommend in building one and the best for the value.
