PC upgrade for 15k

MY current complete rig

lenovo h430 mobo n cabinet
antec v450p psu
gtx650ti boost
-----hard drives------
microsoft box 360 slim drive 250gb
Microsoft 320GB Media Hard Drive - Microsoft : Flipkart.com
seagate 1tb hdd
standard odd

PLANNED upgrade---
Cooler Master 690 3 window-7900
Multicolour Led Light Strip with wireless remote-rs 800
OR
multicolour Led Light Strip EXTRA BRIGHT with wireless remote-rs 1400
(will use to backlight monitor and internal pc)
a few stickers-rs500

i need help to upgrade rest of components in around 7k or please suggest improvements to my preselected stuff
i need fans none so far(green led preferable)
i need another gpu to sli with my 650ti boost(again nvidia)
New Motherboard

i need a few cables that connect hdd to motherboard (ultra cheap ones not 2k high tech)

please post the complete model number of your mobo and your CPU.

I won't suggest to spend 7k+ on a cabinet, better get a good GPU rather than spending this much on cabinet.

a motherboard at the very least would cost 4k, a 650Ti would cost itself 7k and SLIing GPUs would require you to change your power supply to at least a 550W one which would cost minimum 3.5k.

these parts alone cross your complete budget.

wires that connect HDD to mobo are called SATA cable, they cost around Rs20 locally.

BRO it came with lenovo h430 pc
mobo price should be like 4-5k

You can only SLI the exact same GPU. It must have the same GPU core, same amount of VRAM and an identical Bus Width. An overclocked card with a normal card works. Cards from different manufacturers works.
