PC rig help !! URGENT

Ok here is something I conjured with the help of my friend...
pls let me know if the following specs are good !!
if not plssss specify what i should go for instead
Processor-Intel i5 750
Motherboard-Intel DH55TC
I have no clue as to which PSU i should go for ??
And here are the options for GPU
ATI 5750
Geforce GTS 250
ATI 3870
or else any other suggestions ?? which is better ati 5750 or Nvidia gts 250????
4 gb ddr3 ram
and some random cabinet for around 1-1.5k

which is the best gfx card ???
my budget is around 35k

yeah, i knw the Title says Official core i7 thread... but its for all core ix' processors (for both laptops and desktop based systems) so plz do me a favour, as i wanna keep all core ix related posts in ONE thread.. i hope u wont mind reposting the querry there..
