Questions for the my system.
1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.' Vague answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work.)
Ans: Image editing tools like photoshop, lightroom, luminar, indesign, illustrator, online classes, Casual Media consumption, have started basic Video editing for memes right now. 3ds max, maya, Unity. And games like Mafia 1, Red dead redemption 2, horizon zero dawn, nfs heat.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then please mention.
Ans: 30k. Can spare 2-3k extra if the hardware provides za better performance.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows and ubuntu

5. How much hard drive / solid-state drive space is needed?
Ans: to be honest, havent used a SSD before so I cant be precise, I'm open to suggestions.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention the screen size and resolution you prefer. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, then do mention the screen size and resolution of the monitor you have.
Ans: No monitor required. Will be using the same monitor with 1366x768 (lmao dont judge).

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy? i.e. which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Have a wired Keyboard and mouse, HDDs and a GPU(Inno3D1050ti) I have a UPS as well. Also my friens is shipping motherboard for me so thats covered too.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: within a week or so.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before? Or, will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Havent built desktops before so assembler will be doing that.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Haryana. I'm planning to visit nehru place to buy the parts.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Dont want anything fany or gamer-y simple minimalist cabinet would suffice.

What does that supposed to mean? Processor & motherboard are the most basic components of a pc so if mobo is already decided then what is even the point of this thread.

He hasn't decided the processor though. Can still suggest him the motherboard his friend will ship. I guess what he means is, motherboard budget is not part of this 30-33K budget.

Yeah I thought of it & it is still illogical. He is basically asking for just processor, ram & ssd in 30k budget with a 1050Ti but his usage needs at least a good hexa core processor which in turn needs a good mobo with good VRMs,no point buying a ryzen 3600 or core i5 9400F without a mobo with at least VRMs equivalent to asrock B450 Pro 4 as thermal throttling will happen.

He'll be getting GIGABYTE B550 AORUS PRO for me.

Good enough for R53600 then. Also let us know if you plan to salvage part from this PC after 2yrs for the next PC or not, if no, then no point in spending extra on CPU when you are limited by 1050Ti.

yes, 3600 is the best choice. 3700X would take away his entire budget, anyway.

@omega44-xt was this mobo tested in hardware unboxed results?
Yes, one of the top B550s which isn't 20k+ but overkill for R5 or even R7. If OP plans to maybe buy second hand R9 down the line, would be a great investment:
