ah, why do u need a K cpu , if u arent intending to OC?
also if u dont really prefer glass cases , get a case with better thermals

CPU - Intel i7 12700 - 29k

CPU Cooler - Deepcool AK620 - 5.4k

Mobo - MSI Pro B660M A WiFi - 15k

RAM - 2x16GB DDR4 3600MHz C18 - 11k

GPU - iGPU

M.2 SSD - WD SN850 1TB - 13.5k

HDD - None

PSU - NZXT C750 80+ Gold - 9k

Cabinet - Lian Li 215 - 7k

Total - 89.9k

Upgrade PSU to C850 or RM850 for under 11k if you think you will buy a top tier GPU like 3080Ti or upcoming 4080.

At current prices + price of mobo, i5 12600K + Z690 makes no sense. That MSI mobo can handle 12700 at max power draw w/o VRM throttling. Similarly, DDR5 RAM costs too much for little performance advantage it gives.

If you will be buying a mid range GPU, upto 3070, can consider settling for i5 12400 like I did. My main usage is gaming at 2K.

The thing is h670 is better than b660, thats why i'm suggesting it over b-series
i'll link a video down below regarding that,

VRM will matter a lot with i7 12700 as its power draw is a lot. If VRM is not good enough, then it won't be able to draw out full power of i7 12700, thus a waste of money. So instead of having no clarity on VRMs of H670, I will rather recommend a B660M with fewer features.

I'm going with your suggestion. No use in buying a 4080 for me, from my previous experiences gpu is the 1st thing gets broken. I will settle for a 4060 or 4070
