pc autamatically shuts down !!!!!!!!!!!

For past few days, my pc automatically shuts down thereby i loose any unsaved work.Please help me, this is really annoying.I have windows xp sp2.

I am sorry if this thread has already been posted. Pls direct me there.

dude do u had graphics card,if so r u booting from graphics card or hard disk,any how try this go to command prompt and type this


shutdown -a
