If you want decent picture-quality , you need 256 kbps. If you want better quality,
you need 512 kbps broadband!! So think about both the costs & decide.
In US & Europe broadband is very cheap. You can get 2 MB/sec unlimited
broadband for around $40. That's not the case in India!! So weigh the costs and
take a final decision.
