Online electronics store that can export from xxx country to India

My sister keep buying clothes and shoes, and even a wedding gown last year, from foreign sites. I dunno if they pay taxes extra or everything is included in the price. Thing is, it is completely hassle free for them. The export/import hassles are taken care off by the dealers.

So am wondering , is there a foreign site which lets us buy foreign electronics like PC components, and when they deliver, they themselves will take care of custom duties and taxes. Over cost will be adjusted in the final bill of sale. Same way as people buy clothes from foreign countries...
