It looks like I am not allowed to open a new thread in the feedback thread.
I was looking to open a thread about the physical copy Digit magazine.
Is it not allowed?

While I got an email regarding subscription offer there seems to be no easy way of just renewing an existing subscription. It looks like I will have to fill up the details all over again. I do not understand how this thing works.
For eg. if you go to Magazine Subscriptions - Magazines Subscription | Subscribers | Technology Magazine Online in India the form shows an option for renewal at the top but still asks all the details as if I am a new subscriber.
I feel they should provide me a definitive subscription number and an easy option at the top of the form to just enter it, edit any fields if required and pay and be done with it.
