Planning to buy this DSLR...what lens kit should i opt for and any good website which i can use to buy..also does buying from such websites remove warantee.Or should i buy directly from authorised dealers.

It's selling around 30k on online. There may be an offer around republic day, you may get some discounts around that time.

For 6-7k more you're getting 70-300VR in dual lens bundle, it's a good deal. If you're interested you can go for dual lens kit.
