Nexus 7 2013 4G vs Lenovo S8

I need a tablet and confused between Lenovo S8 (₹17K) and Nexus 7 2013 4G (₹24K)
When Nexus is definitely the best but costs more. On the other hand S8 is cheaper and with bigger screen. Does paying extra worth foe Nexus 7? Please help me decide.

If you can pay 24k for n7 2013 why not go for N9?

I need a tab with Sim facility for data connection. N9 is way out of budget for that.

avoid lenovo at all costs,it doesnt get updates and no custom roms etc,its stock ideadektop rom is laggy and unusable
get nexus 7 instead

I don't use lenovo when it comes to mobiles and all. They are a traffic laptop manufacturer but in mobiles they are meh.
