New ram for DELL INSPIRON 15r Turbo 7250

AronStone

Right off the assembly line
I want to buy a new ram and after some digging i have two choices
1. Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) Laptop RAM (CMSX4GX3M1A1600C9)
2. G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3 4 GB Laptop RAM (F3-1600C9S-4GRSL)

Questions...
1.which one will be best for my laptop?
2.In cpu-z, MAX BANDWIDTH is showing --- PC312800 (800mhz). Does this means my ram is not working at 1600mhz as it should or that it is dual channel so it is showing so.
3.Will my old ram bottleneck my new ram?
4.is buying corsair vengence over corsair value select worth it? will i see a speed boost?
5.will getting new 8gb ram(4gb old+8gb new) instead of new 4gb(4gb old+4gb old) make any difference in gaming and day to day performance?
6.cpuz shows cas latency 11 clocks (in memory tab) and then it says cas latency 8-9-10-11(in spd tab). so cas latency is 8 or 11?

My laptop specs...
Dell inspiron 15r turbo 7250
third generation Intel i7 3632qm 2.2ghz
4gb ddr3 1600mhz ram
Intel hd 4000 + AMD readon hd7730 2gb
for more see cpu-z screenshots

Buy a corsair vengeance 1600mhz version , i am currently using that one and it performs great , faster boot, improvement in overall frames in newer games like COD- ghosts

Both G.Skill and corsair vengeance are equally good. Go for the cheaper one. Since it's DDR3 RAM, your RAM is running @1600MHz.

1.Both.
2.Running @1600MHz
3.no.
4.corsair vengeance has lower latency thancorsair value select and therefore is recommended.
5.8 GB is enough for. I am using 12 GB myself and haven't noticed any real difference over 8GB. 4GB is too low for current operations.
6.no idea.

Yea looks like the price increased.
My local dealer is quoting me 2850 for 4gb 1600Mhz ram of some random brand.
