1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Basic purpose for PC is trading in stock market ( softwares like NEST. Two softwares at a time), MS office, Autocad.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: Max. 40k

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 7

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 500gb max (might by 1tb)

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Yes. Two monitors of size 20"-22". Thinking of Dell s2240l (21.5")

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: NA

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Before 28 February.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: I can build desktop by myself.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: I am living in mumbai. I can by online if it is cheaper and reliable than lamington road.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Since I am planning to use dual monitors, do I need graphic card? If yes, then which one is good for my use?

Dell S2240L.
Sapphire R7 250X 1GB.

OP IMHO, you need to extend your budget to get a dual monitor setup. :)
if you decide to go with a single monitor setup, go with this. Just add a Deepcool Tesseract to the list.

Why such expensive card for a non-gaming setup? Do you even read the full post or just start vomiting configs as soon as you see the max budget?

Two 20" monitors instead of 21.5" monitors will be better an within budget. Any basic graphic card will be ebough.
