New Home PC under 50k

not a newbie.....
Hello. I wish to build a new PC to replace my 8 year old one. Planning to buy the new Ryzen 5 CPU. I have a draft build but I am having trouble selecting the motherboard.

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run?
Ans: MS Office, web browsing. I want the possibility to add a dedicated graphics to game if I want later on.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 50-60k for monitor+rig

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 10 + Linux

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 256 GB or 512 GB SSD

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: I have an old VGA LCD 1366x768 monitor. I want to upgrade to a 1080p matte display 24 inch monitor.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: I have a 6 year old corsair 500w PSU. If it works with my new rig I will reuse it. Also keyboard mouse + UPS.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Within 1 month

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Yes

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Guwahati, Assam. I will buy everything from Amazon or flipkart.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: I have a draft pcpartpicker list. Please check if its okay or modifications are needed.

Currently B450/X470 mobos(especially from MSI) are having issues with bios updates to make them work with Ryzen 3xxx processors.Better to wait till last moment to decide on mobo(aka just decide 2-3 days before actually buying). No need to spend on 3400G as 3200G will be just fine especially since you plan on adding a graphics card later or get 3600 now with some cheap used graphics card like gt710 for ~1.5k for display output. Do not buy any ram less than 3200MHz for ryzen 3xxx(or even 2xxx nowadays). Buy ssd from onlyssd.com.

dont buy the 3400g for 14k-as its just a quad core chip, spending so much on it isn't going to be worthwhile(when you can get older 6 core ryzen chips for roughly the same price).

Unless you're bent on going for 3rd gen ryzen cpus only,i'd suggest you consider the r5 2600 instead-it costs about the same as a 3400g and is a 6C/12T cpu.If you're concerned about its lack of inbuilt graphics, then you can get some used display adapter(like a gt 210/710) for around Rs 600-1200 from olx/your local fb marketplace etc and use it provisionally as long as you don't buy a dedicated gpu for your gaming needs.

16 gigs of RAM for home PC is too much. o_O

3400G about 10-12% better than 9100F
9100F is about 10-12% better than 3200G

2-3k price difference between these three builds 3200G vs 9100F+GT 1030 vs 3400G

Assuming there is more emphasis on that "if", I would say better get an APU. I can play PUBG @ HD medium settings with my 2200G. You think you will be more serious gamer, then probably you should be thinking along the line of 9100F or even 9400F.

Again 2-3k price difference between these three builds 9400F vs 2600 vs 3600 (I don't see the point of 2600 at this price point. For 2.5k more you get 3600 and 30-40% more performance. That's huge).

FYI, even R5 3600 with basic gpu would fit in your budget.

PS: Red fonts - Just to give you a picture not suggesting to go for R5 3600 home PC ;)
