I need info regarding upcoming 2013 VOCLET counseling.
What RANK is enough to get chance in any Govt Polytechnic College inside or very near to Kolkata.
Subject does not matter.
First priority is Govt College and inside Kolkata.
Do we need to pay for counseling if someone don't get any chance of admission at all ?
What's the procedure ?
What subject are available ?
