Please give your best suggestions

Suggest desktop configuration below 23000 rs

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:Watching movies, listening music, browsing, youtube, games like NFS, GTA

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:23000 Max

Ans:No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Windows 7 / 8

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:500GB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:Yes, probably 20 inch

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:buying all

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:Within 3 days

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Myself

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:Lamington Road Mumbai

Ans: looking for better onboard graphics in this budget, ready if its dual core also

yes you can, honestly with the budget you are suggesting and seeing your needs, the above build seems perfect but you will be limited to games released on or before 2007 but if you replace the processor with an amd a-series such as a4-5300(~3000rs),you will sacrifice some processing power but in return will get enough graphics performance to "run" games released on or before 2010,you will not notice the drop in processing performance if you don't do things like intermediate-heavy video editing or editing UHD pictures etc, putting processors aside always go for dual channel memory like 2 X 2 GB sticks will give you better performance than a single 4gb stick, and if you do decide to go with an amd a series processor get an amd a55 chipset motherboard like GIGABYTE GA-F2A55M-S1(~3000rs) and then u can get all the other components that he suggested.

If you mean APUs then finding boards for APUs is hard in India. But on performance wise terms IDK about them. Haven't really invested any time in reading about them. Anyways if you want, you can add a GTX 740/730 ~ 5k/4k later on.

No need to go with a branded PSU as his rig won't ever utilize that PSU.
