I mentioned 270X

I would suggest you to not go any lower than R9 270X, There will be significant FPS difference between R7 265 and R9 270X.
Since you are into gaming, with newer titles R7 265 will struggle in comparison to the other GPU's mentioned.

You can also squeeze in GTX 760 or R9 280 and just go for 4gb Ram and add another 4gb later on.

For cabinets , there are hardly any choices in FK. You can get deepcool tesseract from itdepot or enquire locally in pune too for some other good alternatives

Stick with R9 270X. You can skip the optical drive if you want.
