Need suggestions for new build (60k)

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')

Ans: Working on video in AFX, pro premier, cinema 4d; FL Studio & Ableton; Will do some gaming(new titles)

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.

Ans: 60k exact, can't extend.

3. Planning to overclock?

Ans:Yes

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 7

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: I have 2x500 gb thats enough as I store rest in portable hdds.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.

Ans: No, Dell 22". 1920x1200

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?

Ans: HDD monitor.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?

Ans: October first week.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?

Ans: Yes. I will do it myself.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?

Ans: Bhilai/Raipur. I can buy online, preferring to buy locally.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?

Ans: I have selected these parts just need coment on it

""I5 4690k, Asus Maximus VII Ranger, Corsair RM650, Corsair 4gb Vengeance, Corsair 300r case, AMD R9 270x.

Planning to upgrade ram and add ssd after 6 months also get a new cab 2 months later.

I need suggestions for cpu cooler as to overclock to 4.4 - 4.6 ghz. (please note that I am noob to Overclocking). What should I use air/water? It should also come under my budget.
Also comment on my choice of hardware. Please recommend me any thing that can cut my budget down without affecting performance.""
