Need Paid VPN

Hey Guys, I am planning to buy paid VPN service, please suggest which one is good. I am sure many of members would be using it, please suggest based on your experience.

How can we pay or renew for VPS services as most of the sites are showing USD prices. Do wallets payment work in any site?

You need a VPN service or VPS which u will configure for VPN ?

I need VPN, incorrectly I mentioned VPS in my question.
