Need my ringtones to be on speakers and headphones while using headphones

Most of the time my phone is connected to my headphones. But many a times I have missed calls due to them hanging around my arms rather than my ears. Please help I need an app or trick so that I can hear the caller tone on speakers while my headphones are still connected so that I cannot lose my love for music.

This is what I have on my 4.4.2 based LG Optimus UI. I just now called myself to see if it rang through speakers, and it did.

Just dig into your settings you'll find out what to change. Everything varies from ROM to ROM.
