Need Mboard for amd x2

i have an asus M2N68-AM PLUS which got damaged . my processor is
Amd x2 64 bit. my graphics card is nvidea gforce 9400 GT DDR2
1. please suggest me a new mboard for
above config.
2. a new mboard and processor ( DDR2/DDR3 )within Rs.8000 suitable with my graphics card .
3. Will gcard work on DDR3 board.
