Need Help In Buying 22" LCD Monitor

Hi I want to Buy a 22" LCD Monitor. My budget is Rs 8000
My System Config is: AMD Sempron LE1150 2Ghz
Acer EM61SM/AM Motherboard (Manufactured by Foxconn for Acer OEM) - Nvidia MCP61 Chipset
Onboard Graphics: Nvidia Geforce 6100 nforce 405
RAM: 3*1 GB Transcend DDR2 667 Mhz
PSU: Gigabyte Superb 460W
HDD: WD 80GB and 500GB
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit

I have shortlisted 2 models ie AOC 22" Wide 2236Vw and BenQ G2220HD 22inch
It will be used only for browsing, watching movies and other office apps
Does my onboard graphics sufficient or i require a GPU? Will my CPU get stress bcoz of LCD's high resolution. If yes then should i lower the size of monitor say 20" with lower resolution?
