  3. This is my final configuration unless you guys recommend something else . will upgrade the following maybe after 6-8 months
    • Secondary storage - will add another TB
  4. I will buy in Mumbai, also purchase a few parts online.
  5. Mostly PC will be used for:
    • Animation(Lighting and Rendering)
    • GPU rendering
    • Gaming
    • Browsing
    • Sometimes overnight rendering( yes only sometimes)
    • Watching HD movies

You have put together some decent stuff, but improvements can be made. Fillt he questionnaire:
Asking for new PC help? ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS FIRST

Avoid R7 3700XT at all costs, not worth the money, 3700X is enough, save money. I doubt you can fit R9 3900X + 2070S within 130k, so stick with R7 3700X or downgrade GPU, if gaming isn't much of a priority.

Avoid MSI X570 mobos other than MAG series, rest are the worst x570 boards in terms of VRM temperatures. If VRMs are throttling, it will throttle your CPU as well even if CPU is cool. Look for Asus TUF Gaming X570, if not available Gigabyte X570 Aorus Pro or Elite for cheaper.

GPU - Get Zotac ones for few thousands extra, they provide 2+3 years warranty on online registration.

RAM - At least 3200MHz ones

PSU - Corsair TX650M, best budget gold rated PSU

SSD prices are kind of high now, but WD Blue SN550 & Kingston A2000 are decent options, get at least 500GB IMO, will cost 6-6.5k.

What is this Gigabyte 700 cabinet? XC700W? Seems very expensive, wherever you are finding it. My recommendation is to buy a cabinet with meshed front, like Cooler Master MB511 RGB or MSI Forge 100R, there are several others, try to find reviews.

@omega44-xt how you will rate Asus TUF x570 gaming without Wifi and Gigabyte x570 Aorus Elitewithout wifi....which you feel better. because these 2 fitting in my budget too.

Check yourself:

asus tuf X570 plus is in tier A while gigabyte auros elite is in tier B though both are more than enough for your usage.

WiFi module usually doesn't change anything else. List I posted has required information & check that tier list as well, posted by whitestar. Asus TUF X570 Gaming Plus is the better option, if not available Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite will suffice easily.

@omega44-xt , @whitestar_999 Thanks guys, That was surely helpful. I have also researched out forums and got the then same which you guys said, that Asus TYF has an edge over Gigibyte elite....

This is the final build I have created for my brother.

Power 650W is fine right?

Build:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X
Motherboard: Asus TUF Gaming X570- plus
GPU: Galax 2070 Super
Power: Antec earthwatts Gold pro 650W
RAM: g.skill 16GB 3200Mhz
Cooler: cooler master ML240L
Storage1: Gigabyte Nvme 256GB
Storage2: Seagate/Wd 1TB HDD
Cabinet: Antec Dark Avenger DA601

650W is fine, but if you can find Corsair TX650M, that is a better gold rated PSU than Earthwatts.

Also, I'd recommend Zotac GPUs due to 5 year warranty post-registration. I generally don't recommend Inno3D or Galax. Other than Zotac, look at Asus, Gigabyte & MSI, they provide 3 years of warranty, check it.

Always prefer Zotac followed by Asus for nvidia graphics card in India. Even Gigabyte & MSI should be considered only as a last resort option. Zotac gives extra 3 years warranty on registering the product on their site within 28 days of purchase so total 2+3=5 years warranty & their build quality is also overall best among its price range. Asus also is good but ethri build quality(more specifically their thermal performance) of TUF series & Mini/single fan models for cards like 1660 & above is not good.

Gigabyte NVMe is avg, get one of these.

Full mashed front panel cabinets are better for Indian climate especially considering ryzen 3xxx processors run hot.

@whitestar_999 @omega44-xt Rightly said about Zotac but its going out of budget considering its price. and guys sorry but he has now planning to degrade on GPU. so instead of 2070 Super now we are planning to go for 2060 Super.
also, is 2060 Super have both 6GB and 8GB ??
What do you guys suggest?
. because his budget is around 1.32 Lakh Indian rupees

@whitestar_999 yes Cooler master looks good alternative.

RTX 2060 has 6GB VRAM & 2060 Super has 8GB, In terms of performance, 2060S is just 10% better than 2060. RTX 2060 is still a good GPU for 1080p gaming. Ideally R7 3700X + 2070S would be better for gaming, but R9 3900X + 2060 will be better for video editing & stuff which are CPU heavy. So, not a bad choice considering gaming isn't the first priority. Again my recommendation will be Zotac ones in either case, RTX 2060 or 2060S.

Ya actually we are not concerned with refresh rates or Direct X which gamer focus on the game as he have to mostly use Unreal engine and similar software for GPU and CPU renders. because for creative work mostly Cuda cores, RT cores, in that case, 2060 super is better. what say?

Those stuff directly results in better fps except for Tensor cores which needs more optimization for games, but DLSS 2.0 is a step in the right direction. So, I'm expecting difference in those professional tasks will be a similar 10% unless you work on something which needs more than 6GB VRAM of RTX 2060.
