Need help for buying 19 inch monitor

Hello friends,
I have been using lg 19 inch led for last 3 years but recently its flickering from time to time so not sure when it might blow up so i decided to buy a backup monitor..me into programming and light gaming

my budget is around 4500-5000.


do let me know what is available in kolkata especially md computers

if u can increase the budget by 1k then u can buy this:

I know this would not fit in your budget but go with a 1080p IPS monitor instead of any 720p or TN monitor.

And in case you go for a 1080p monitor, then go for 21" above.
I have 900p laptop screen of size 15" and 1080p monitor of size 24". The texts are more comfortable to read from my monitor. This is obviously subjective so it will be better if you can a demo of monitors you are going to shortlist.
