Need DVD player with inbuilt Amplifier (4-5k)

I currently have a Sony Home Theatre system (DAV DZ 270) . It is a 5.1 system with RMS output of 850W. The player+amplifier unit is damaged due to lightning. Since the speakers and sub-woofer are working fine , I need a DVD player with in-built amplifier so that I can use my old 5.1 system with.
My maximum budget is 4-5k and I don't prefer brands like Mitashi and local ones.
