Should be sufficient IMO as those might be more CPU intensive than GPU intensive. R7 4800H is one of the best laptop CPUs, its Intel counterpart is i9 10xxxH:

Is this Lenovo Gaming 3 model has sufficient thermal performance to avoid thermal throttling with 4800H, I thought hp omen & acer predator were the only good thermal performance models in this price range.

Its sufficient as R7 4800H will be limited to 35-40W max. Also 50W dGPU helps with lower heat. The chassis won't be good for R5/R7 + 1660Ti as that's a 80W dGPU.

Thanks. Well explained

How to measure this thermal performance?
Check the video I posted above. Its with R5 4600H but R7 4800H will be limited to similar power levels. It might be a bit more hotter because of R7, but should be fine IMO.

HP Omen provides R5 4600H for 76k, this Ideapad has inferior thermals than that but you get a better CPU. Anyways no good 1660Ti laptops under 80k.

What's your idea about this model ?

It's have 512GB SSD which is very much needed for huge space apps like autocad and 3ds max

Also Ram is 16gb so we use many CAD apps at same time

But no price info and unavailable

Please Tell your suggestions about this OR please suggest an good alternative

That model with 8GB RAM goes for 62-63k. Storage & RAM are upgradable components, CPU & GPU aren't, so I'd pick Lenovo over A15. I think someone in forum bought A15 with R7 + 1650Ti for 75k or so.
