Need An After Market Cooler For My FX-8350

Hello Folks,

I need an aftermarket cooler for my Cpu. My budget is approx Rs. 3000/-. My config is below:

CPU: FX-8350
MOBO: ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0
Ram: 1X 4GB GSkill and 1X 4GB Corsair
SMPS: Corsair CS-650M
Cabinet- NZXT Tempest Elite

I have Cooler Master Hyper 212X and Deepcool Neptwin in my mind. If you guys can suggest any better option please do. Also I will prefer one with Blue Led

PS: Will I get thermal paste with these coolers? If not do suggest a good Thermal Paste.

Little more money....checkout Cooler Master Seidon 120M which is very good
