Need a spam blocker

I need a spam blocking app for android which will really block spam/unwanted sms and calls.

Need an app where in we can actually import/put sms or calls from inbox and call log so that even if we receive such spam, phones doesnt ring or alert and spam goes directly into that app thus not displaying those spam messages in inbox.

An app like having blacklist/whitelist will be preferred as well but its interface should be easy to config.

Customs roms have an option to blacklist numbers so as to block incoming calls and sms from them. Are you on stock rom?

I can't go custom rom as my cell is under warranty and moreover custom rom isn't available for my cell.

For stock rom going for a antivirus is a option. You can give cm antivirus a shot.
