need a music phone under 17k

A friend of mine wants to buy a phone in the range of 15-17k(may 19k). His main concern is that it should be having a MP3 player with excellent sound also dual core, good gpu for gaming, 8/12mp camera with 1080p video rec. he is a SONY lover.
also i want to know about beats audio of htc.

Xperia L. Just that stock rom doesn't support 1080p recording. It is possible with custom rom.
