Under 16" inches. and b/w glossy/matte whichever is better

This laptop's gonna be for complete professional usage so no gaming

I did a bit of research and can u tell me how's this for my friend's need

i have no idea of hp prices and u can see the specs on the hp page there's a specification tab and i must say there are one hell of options about how would u like to customize your laptop specs.
