Well 7670m can handle most games at low mid settings btw at this budget you have better gaming options available (just.mentioning as you listed games)

Dont know how much of an impact i7qm will have over mere i5m in video encoding nor do i know whether a better gpu will play its part in encoding so wait for expert opinion.
