what problem r u facing ? :?:
to play safe run ur bitdefender (a very fine anti-virus !) in safe mode.
run 'ccleaner' pc junk cleaner
download install update and run microsoft anti-spyware.
both avlbl @ www.download.com.

thk u for ur ccleaner software... my system has gone unusually slow.. that s y i posted the log file... with no prbs.. i am perplexed where the prbs is... ?? and is there any other software like ccleaner.. not of the same kind... similar useful stuffs.. thku

if your pc has gone slow. dowload the following trial-ware. they r safe.
Tune-Up Utilities
DriverHeaven TuneXP 1.5
and use them to clear your pc junk files, invalid registry keys, compacting your registry, and run their system optimizers and page/boot file defraggers. make sure u open the help file of tunexp when using it.

lastly defrag ur disks.

also reduce your start-ups. u may not be using all-all the time. and they end up slowing down ur pc.

addtitionally, if u r comfortable :
