Multimedia Rig for 32k

Hi all,
I've been away from digit for quite sometime now .Seems a lot has changed around here.A friend of mine has decided to get a new rig.He DOES NOT require a new monitor,keyboard,speaker system etc.He already has them.He just needs the "main unit".He is not much into gaming and would probably play games like Fifa etc at the most.SO a mid range graphics card would suffice.The computer would be used for everyday and multimedia purposes.Could you guys suggest the best config for his budget.

RAM:Corsair 4GB DDR3 -- 2.2k
HDD:WD 1 TB -- 2.7k
PSU:FSP SAGAII 500W -- 2.1k
Cabinet:Cooler Master elite 335 ,
Graphics card:ATI Radeon hd 6850 1GB - 10k

Moreover my friends assembler suggested getting me an i7 870 and an intel 55tc mobo.

What do you guys suggest.
