MSI Service Centre (I sent my MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC Mobo to this centre which is directed by their CC upon my Mobo reaching them, they called me about the problem I am facing)
Response: Was good but need to see the actual RMA later, So waiting...

Currently MSI has very poor after sales support going by comments here & elsewhere(incl reddit) so keep your fingers crossed & don't expect too much.

Good for you, I guess you were in touch with this rahul guy on reddit which probably made the difference. Can you post his reddit username link here for future reference(I know gigabyte official rep there eddie_edits (u/eddie_edits) - Reddit ).

That is Mumbai number, shouldn't it be some universal 1800 type number.
