Pl go through this excell formula. It is a formula to find out the grade as 1st Division, 2nd Division and Fail out of toal marks. Now I wish to display the "Fail" remarks in RED color. How can I do it?

Simplest way would be to use conditional formatting. Set the value of the cell to "Fail" and then adjust for the necessary formatting.
