Moving viber data to new phone?

Is there any app by using which I can move my Viber data(all the messages, call logs etc.) from my old phone to new phone?

backup the app using Titanium Backup,
locate the backup files in internal memory
copy them over to the internal memory of the other phones
restore from Titanium Backup.

yep, titanium backup will work only when you are rooted.
