motorokr e6 freezing....please help !

I had purchased rokr 6 mnths back..but till some days back it started freezing.
when i press contacts or messages no response or very sluggish... i had done master reset still no result
done master clear also... still........same prob continues...
is there a virus in it or what ?
can somebody suggest how to resolve this hanging/freezing MOTO problem

Just get it updated to the latest firmware. That should fix the issue.

can it be done @ service center or i have to that myself ?

They will do it or you can flash yourself, a cautious process but not that difficult. Just make sure you don't lose power while flashing.

If confused, then better go to a service center.

Don't flash it urself if you havent done it before not when it has some problem....
get the service center to do it.
