Moto x or jolla?

Hi,I am recently very much fainted by missing big billion day deal of lumia 1020@13999(order cancelled,payment refunded) and hard bricked xperia z1(rooted,unlocked BL,Cyanogenmod snapshot installed,again locked BL and installed Stock 4.4.4 and restored TA ..everything fine but after 7 days)did nothing but whatsapping while it got hard-bricked and its a paperwait now :'(

Result? I hate android(mainly sony)and flipkart(not windows)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but life moves on........I need a smarty now! I just saw in flip MoTo X bamboo/teak version is for 17999/- and jolla in snapdeal for 16499/-,Which one should I buy?
I really like the innovation of jolla UI(I was crazy about N9 but nokia abandoned India) but screen resolution is too low and only 1 GB ram
In other way I love the moto X too...for its unique extra core processing unit and so much option after rooting!


Please help me ..... my choice right now is JOLLA/moto=60/40!

HMMM.. I am just little upset about android now! Can you tell me that moto X has no such problems like Xperia z1 sudden death ?(sorry,i shud search instead of bothering you but I am too tired of searching cos of my new paperwait ! )

If you are wanting to try something new then I would say try Jolla. I loved the UI, the smoothness of it, it looked sexy. And you can run Android apps on it, so no biggie anyway.
But practically Moto X would be the better choice. I mean a phone at that cost, and you will get latest Android version, so....

PS: I don't know what Sudden Death problem is, but I have been using the X for about three and a half months now (OCed, at highest freq), and there's no problem. The UI actually is buttery, I mean from Android's POV, and the phone is damn stable.

Didn't know Jolla was already in the market, but if compared to Moto X, it washes away of the shore.

Also, Moto X 1st gen dropped permanently to the price which was kept at the time big billion sale was going on! Its my first choice if next Nexus fails to meet expectations or is priced too high.

THE best advice. We tend to buy stuff even when we don't need to.
Service comes as the last option to some of us.

Believe me I had tried everything i can do without opening back shell! My uncle gave money for lappy but I bought z1. It was the stupidiest descision of my life till i know now! I bought it in 5th oct2013 and it gone dead on 6th oct2014!!!!!!!!!!! what a destiny I have! :'( :'( :'( Sony service centre in my area is telling me"It had to be send to KOlkata or Delhi..and I have to cash out 5000 minimum and 11000 max!!!! and they will give me if its been repaired(not sure?) after 1 month+

Forget lags on Moto X. Moto series of phone like Moto G and Moto X (and even Moto E) uses stock ROM without any of the bloatwares running on top of the device. Which other device does that? Yea Nexus, which are the flagship Android phones. Stock ROM provides the speed, stability and responsiveness that many other phones fail to provide because of bloated launcher and apps. UI in Moto X is fast, fluid and pure bliss to use. 312 ppi with Amoled screen looks great as per review and with Active Display technology Motorola have given it a whole new dimension. What active display technology is that only a specific pixel of the screen can be activated without powering on the whole device which results in incredible lock screen as well as it saves battery life. With Active display technology of Moto X, you get lockscreen/glancescreen like this:

I don't think why people hate Sony so much. In this particular case, it was sheer bad luck of OP having one day after his warranty expires. So I think its legit for Sony to charge money..

actually it struck me too..then I searched and found that royal blue is the second best option(after motomaker made ones)for consumers! so flip intentionally sticked without discount for royal blue version I think! still I think bamboo(I ordered),teak,walnut is more costly to manufacture than royal blue,so........m confused still like you!


moving apart.... I found that best moto x case is Trident kraken ams case. now..I have three option to buy..1.cart2india@3100(black),grabmore.in@2229(black) or from officilal site iPhone Cases, iPhone Covers, iPad Cases, & Cell Phone Cases | Trident Case @66.2 dollars(cheapest shiping) which is too much! what should I do? anybody's advise is much appriciated!
Update----In amazon.com from amazon prime tag it costs (AmazonGlobal Standard Shipping (averages 9-12 days) )35.22 dollars.

which should be my option?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
