Motherboard Heating Problems

Dear Digit, I have a desktop and i have installed Speccy Software.From last week it is showing that the temperature of my motherboard is around 90-100 degree celsius(I have uploaded a screenshot of it) .I want to know whats the problem i have tried cleaning all the parts of my motherboard but the problem remains the same.

post a pic of your system with side panel open and system on.

1) is it the idle temp or under load?
2) is this the first time u r observing this temp?
3)Is the CPU fan spinning
4)What cabinet r u using?
5)what SMPS r u using?
6)How old is ur system?

go to BIOS and open hardware monitor to see the temp after keeping the system idle for 10 mins.
both cpu and mobo temps are high if idle. may be u need to reapply THERMAL PASTE.
