Motherboard + Graphics card

Plz give me suggestion for best combination of Motherboard and Graphics Card?
1)Asus M4A87TD - EVV Motherboard and Nvidia GeForce GTS 250 1 GB GDDR3 - 256 -Bit Graphics Card
or
2)Biostar TPower P55 Motherboard And Sapphire Radeon HD 4850 1 GB
or
3) MSI H55-GD65 Motherboard and Sapphire Radeon HD 4850 1 GB
I don't want that motherboard which has Onboard Graphics.( I meant My preference is a Discrete Graphics Card)
My proccessor will be AMD Phenom II * 4 955 B.E 3.0 GHZ
And I need it for mid-gaming purpose.

^^^ 2nd and 3rd motherboards are intel motherboards, not socket AM3 which Phenom requires.

if Yes, then suggest me another decent motherboard(without any integrated graphics Card, Coz I want a Discerte Graphics Card) for AMD Phenom II * 4 955 B.E 3.2 GHZ Proccessor? My budget is 6000 - 8000 Rs for the motherboard only.
I want it for mid-gaming purpose only.

onboard graphics doesn't hinder a discrete graphics, so you can get one which has IGP. Get MSI 880GMA E45, that's a good bord for ~6000

ya, the onboard sound is there. also avoid ASUS.
