Monitor Dilemma

I'm looking for a monitor for my personal PC mostly for browsing, media consumption and occasional gaming
Screen size: 24-30inch
Budget: 15-20k

I'm leaning towards the Samsung M5 smart monitor but I'm not sure if I should just go with a non-smart one, with a higher refresh rate.

What do you guys recommend? Is a smart monitor worth it? Is there some thing I should worry about before buying a smart monitor? Are there any other better alernatives?

Or should I just go with a normal one? In that case which ones would you recommend?

LG 24GN650 or Gigabyte G24F for 1080p options, both cost ~15k, G24F can be bit lower.

IF you are using with a PC, no need of smart monitor. Gaming monitors have better colours, contrast, etc as well other than high refresh rate & low response times.

How about LG Ultragear 24Gl600F? (link). I find the specs very similar to LG 24GN650, but there's a price difference of almost 1.5k.

TN panel, so night & day difference in panel quality vs IPS of other two. I have seen G24F for as low as 13k as well. Consider that to save cost.

^Please no 27" for a 1080p monitor. Anything above 24" should be a 1440p or 2160p monitor.

27" at 1080p is not ideal, but people do use it. My recommendation will also be to stick to 24" 1080p.

Difference in ppi (pixel per inch/pixel density):
27" 1440p - 108 ppi
24" 1080p - 91 ppi
27" 1080p - 81 ppi

My 27" 1440p monitor is like 2 feet away from my eyes & I can't distinguish between pixels most of the times.
