Mobile handset & SAR hurdle

Hi friends,
I'm planning to buy or you can say in hurry to buy a new handset. My priorities being:
-Good looks.
-HD(or more) resolution display.
-OTG USB drive support.
-Good stereophonic audio output(in earphones atleast).
-4.5 inch or bigger display size.
-Atleast 8mp Primary cam.
-Lag free performance.
-Trustable brand with known Service support.

My budget is upto 20-25k INR. The choices i've shortlisted are:
1) Htc desire 820.
2) Gionee Marathon M3.
3) Huawei Honor Holly.
4) Moto G(1st gen).
5) Moto G(2nd gen).
The last one i.e.Moto G(2 gen) is the most liked choice by me but only con in its bag is its high SAR value i.e 1.5 W/kg about which i'm worried & due to this i've cancelled my order at flipkart once. So friends, please do suggest whether i should go with it or is it really a harmful to buy a cellphone with so high radiation levels.
Please suggest.

frankly the moto g 2014 is the best android phone in that budget
if you really are scared about SAR and want something with low SAR and are open to non-android,the Lumia 730 has an SAR or 0.76 if im not wrong(my 720 has the same rating and shares parts with the 730)

Thanks for replies.
As u said, i'm also keen towards New Moto G(2014).
But the thing is that, as 1.6 W/kg is the max permissible SAR limit & Moto G(2014) is having 1.52 W/kg, so how much harming it can be for the user i.e me or its just an upper limit still making a safer value !
Please suggest. Have anyone faced any problem based on high SAR value of any cellphone ? If yes please share.

frankly its not really something serious right now
if your really into getting a low SAR,the 730 has 0.76
otherwise Moto G also should be fine
both phones are excellent though

730 is Nokia or Microsoft Lumia, right ?
Currently i'm using Samsung Grand Prime, it's having low SAR value, atleast theoretically i'm satisfied.

Btw, I need a cellphone which has OTG support also. Kindly amend & finalise my decision as per requirement.

yeah
then the only options worth considering in that range are either Moto G 2014,Lumia 730 or Zenfone 5 based on preferences

Friends, finally i've brought Moto G 2nd gen & after using it for around a month, i'm almost satisfied with the product.
But if i would come up with some weaknesses which are sometimes disturbing me are:

1) Its high SAR value is showing its affects, like pain or irritation in ear after conversation & itching or shrill feel in palms of hands if phone is held in hand for sometime. Dnt know hw to get rid of these.

2) Another one is its bigger size, which causes palm to stretch to reach its corners. Somewhat tiring though, sometimes.

So regarding these issues, i've started my hunt to another handset with almost same set of requirements in my consideration. Preferred display size is now 4.0-4.8 inches with atleast 720p HD resolution.

So please suggest.

Although low on display resolution, how's Micromax Android one ?
It plays HD videos also, if any of its user please share your experience here.
