I suggest you to buy Nokia Asha 206 but it lacks 3G & Wi-Fi..Apart from that ,It's a great phone & a new one too

Unless you wanna spend your money on cheap Androids under 4k,this is your best buy

never buy a44,i have this phone and i hate it.it has slowest packet data speed,only gsm.screen ppi is much lower etc.i suggest you to increase your budget to 5k and you can find many phones with 3g.
