Firstly thanks to admin who ad me in this helpful forum.Here I want ask something that would you all like to help me how can I develop an app? Is there any helpful company which is providing this services?Actually I find this forum from research I do't know who is admin or anything else.So please help me.

For android you can directly learn from the google. And ios app dev is paid I guess.

develop for Windows otherwise,the sdk etc is free
or even AOSP Android

ios is the worst in this,needs Xcode (their sdk) is Mac-only(read $$$) and a dev account(again $$$),no thanks
