Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error?

When I try to run my newly installed programme BSE Explorer, I get a pop up message that Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
(*) Runtime error
Programme file locatoion
Abnormal programme termination
O.K.
Pressing O.K. button will terminate the programme
I am on XP SP-2 and already have Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 edition installed and running ok.
What should I do?
