I am going to buy canvas color 2 as

1. It has three colors (no need to flip cover)

2. It is more stylist than canvas 2.2

3. it has hd display whereas 2.2 has ips qhd

in reply to 6. 8 MP is just image size, won't help at all if the sensor and aperture aren't good enough.
10. those you mentioned won't have good developer support/ROMs

drop microcrap, increase budget and get Xperia M dual or Moto G (for dual sim)

Xperia M dual has terrible screen and camera. my friend has it and i can confirm. Also 4" for gaming is too small IMO.
