Mi4 or OnePlusOne or any other?

Right off the assembly line
Hey i wanted to buy a phone within 25k range in the next month and confused between mi4 and oneplus or to wait for any other good phone to release in the next month under 25k.
Please advice between these two phones or any if i should wait for any new phone to be released (also please tell the phone name)

One Plus One or Desire 820 are the most vfm android phones in that range
