OP R rave_2600 Broken In Oct 1, 2005 #3 Dude does memtest take hours to complete coz i aborted it after an hour. it didnt seem to stop.

MEPIS linux comes with memtest on the boot cd and so do most other Linux distros. Look around the house to see if you have any. Keith
