Mediateak processor any good ?

I want to buy a phone. Lenovo Phab 2 Plus looks good to me. Just that they do not have Snapdragon Processor. Are Helio and MediaTek the same ? Are they good enough like Snapdragon chipset ?

No,Don't get meditek they won't release kernel source that lenovo phab 2 is too costly for what it offers get mi max instead.

I wanted to buy a phone with Dual rear cam. Mi Max does not have one.

MT is good enough, but just not as good as SD.

Don't know about dual camera but except for Mediatek Helios X10,X20,X25,X30 all other processor are not worth it.
